Avoid Holiday Blahs

Especially with the holiday’s in full swing, you might not have time to get to the gym, because I know the rest of the year you have plenty of time 🙂 I love the holidays, but I not being able to enjoy them because I feel weighed down after eating for three months is the pits! One of the best ways to avoid the holiday blah is to be mindful of what’s going in your mouth and staying active!







Give yourself 20 min in the morning and try this little workout!

If you are pressed for time and space, here is a short little workout to get your heart pumping 🙂

1 min. run in place

1 min. run in place with high knees

10 burpees

1 min jumping jacks

10 Side jumping lunges

25 crunches

repeat all exercise faster than the first time.

repeat again, fast as you can!

Do not go so fast that you sacrifice form!
