Exercise of the Week – Burpee

Ah the burpee. So hard, but so good! This little guy will get your heart pumping and strengthen muscles all at the same time! Love it!

What you need
Just yourself, no equipment needed!

What you do
Drop down and perform a push-up, then jump your feet forward and jump up!
