#fitin8weeks an 8 week Fitness Boost

We have two awesome summer trips planned this year! Can’t wait..well maybe I can…at least until I am just a tad more…you know…”bathing suit ready” haha

To jump start the summer season I have teamed up with Snap Fitness! For 8 weeks myself, my sister (A bird and A Bean) and my mom are going to focus on getting more fit and losing some left over winter weight!

What’s that you say? You want to jump start your summer look?! Sweet! Join us!

Here’s the plan…we are going to eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise. Mind blowing I know! Haha


Seriously, it can be tough to stay on track with a healthy lifestyle, so we are dedicating 8 weeks to jump start or re-start our mindsets! We would love some company…the more the merrier right?! You will be able to find us at one or more metabolic classes at Snap Fitness Hebron throughout the 8 weeks. If you would like to come and join us, the classes are 9:30am and 6:30 pm every mon, wed and Friday. And 9:30am on Saturday. The first class is always FREE! Can’t get to a class but still want to follow along…Great! When we aren’t at class we are committing to working out on our own. Either a DVD, taking a walk, hike, bike ride…anything we can fit in to purposely get our hearts pumping and bodies moving!

So what’s a healthy balanced diet look like? Well for us, it’s going to be lots of fresh fruits and veggies and not so many carbs and fat..also lean protein and high in fiber.

Kick-off is May 1st, so we have about 2 weeks to get our minds ready so our bodies can follow! So get your sneakers tied, grab your water bottle, dust off your yoga mat and let’s do this! Watch out summer…here we come!
