I am not the biggest seafood fan, but I know it’s really healthy and good for my body so I try to eat it when I can. I have to say, this tuna salad recipe is so good, and so simple, that I can see myself making it every week! It’s one of the recipes I learned while attending the ALDI Test Kitchen Event, and also one of my favorites! Can you believe that, one of my favorite recipe from the weekend was tuna! Crazier things have happened.
A few years ago my husband introduced me to the amazingly delicious bread and butter pickles, so now, I try to incorporate them into just about every meal! Including…these healthy tuna salad bites!
So what do you need? Here ya go…
2 or 3 cans of tuna
1/4 cup of hummus (I used red pepper)
Bread and butter pickles
What you do…
Mix all the ingredients together…spoon onto a baguette…top with a pickle…enjoy!
So simple. So yummy. So healthy! Win, Win, Win!
