Before we had kids I was never into the whole “princess” thing. I blame it on my tomboy side. I would think to myself…and sometimes out loud, “If we ever have a girl, she is NOT going to be a “daddy’s little princess” or even like princesses.” haha…man, I sure did have my “my kid will never” ideas!
All that changed the moment my husband said, “It’s…it’s…a…GIRL!!” And after two boys, that was possibly the best thing he has ever said! haha
Let me just tell you…my little girl LOVES princesses…LOVES THEM! And watching her light up when she talks about them, makes me love them too! She talks about them, wants to read books about them, watches princess movies and TV shows and plays with little princess dolls. This girl can’t get enough…and this tomboy mama loves every minute!
Now, we have been to Disney On Ice, and the idea that just maybe she could actually meet her favorite princess had me looking up flights and ticket prices to a certain theme park in FL. But shelling out thousands of dollars just isn’t realistic for us…neither is waiting in line for 3 hours.
Thankfully I came across Petite Princess Parties! THEY ARE WONDERFUL!
Petite Princess Parties was created with one simple goal in mind, to recreate the magic we once felt when we were young children. And to be able to provide a bit of that special pixie dust at your daughter’s next party is what drives us to be the best at what we do!
Consider this a public service announcement…
If you have a little girl…or even a boy (they have super heroes!) book a Petite Princess Party!
It’s an experience your little one will never forget!
Skip the expensive vacation and long lines, and have a princess show up at your door then watch your little one’s eye sparkle with magic!
I have thrown some pretty fun parties…a race car party, a pirate party and a superhero party to name a few…but this one takes the cake! From the moment our princess walked through the door, she left the all the little guests speechless! They were in awe to say the least. She read a story, sang a song, played party games and even gave the birthday girl a special little gift. It was so sweet!
PS. when I say she “sang a song” I mean…she was amazing! Since Petite Princess Parties hand pick their princesses, these ladies are all trained actors and can really belt out a tune! She sang, with professional quality, to the little girls…it was so wonderful!
These princesses will make you believe! They are for real! The stay in character the WHOLE time! They aren’t just children’s entertainment, or people in run of the mill costumes, they are the storybooks come to life!
Petite Princess Parties not only prides itself on it’s exceptional attention to detail and quality, it also prides itself on finding the brightest stars of local theatres and universities to bring these characters to life! Each performer was hand-picked by the owner, and each performer brings their own special skill-set to the characters they play. Our performers have graced the stages of Broadway, National Tours, Cruise Lines, The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati, The Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, The Carnegie, Northern Kentucky University, UC’s College Conservatory of Music, just to name a few!
I was so excited for days leading up to this party, and I was so pleased with how it all turned out! The princess, the smiles, the giggles…priceless!
Be sure to follow them on social media…every once and a while they do fun giveaways! 🙂
Stay tuned for a little “Grandma’s review” section! haha She loved it so much she asked if she could contribute to the post!
Here is a little review from Oma’s perceptive!
OHMYGOSH! Last week we had the Petite Princess Parties send a lovely princess to celebrate my grandaughter’s 3rd birthday. It had to be special, as her birthday is sooo very close to Christmas. All the attendees (male and female, adults and children) were absolutely surprised and speechless when a captivating young lady in yellow, who looked just like the birthday girl’s favorite princess, rang the door bell.
Our little guests were enthralled, and hugged the princess – over and over. The princess sang beautifully, read a story to the children and played games with all of them. She also did a short teaching on princess skills with all the little girls. Among the skills she taught were how to curtsy as well as how to hold one’s long skirts while dancing. Her hand movements were – well – I’ll say very princess-like.
A wonderful time was had by all. I would recommend this company to anyone. It’d be fun to see how their hero characters handle a room full of little boys. As our princess kept the children’s attention and treated them with kindness, patience and respect. She never stepped out of character and was very professional! It was absolutely worth it. Thanks, Petite Princess Parties!
