Meatball subs

Need an easy dinner idea? Try meatball subs!

Roll ground beef into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 30 min.

Toss with marinara sauce.

Put a few balls in a bun. Cover with cheese and broil just until the cheese melts!

Easy! Dinner is served! I serve my meatball subs with fruit and a salad!

What you need:

  • Ground beef (or chicken if you want to reduce the fat)
  • Marinara or pasta sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
  • Hoggie buns
  • Preheat oven to 375. Roll ground beef into balls and place on cookie sheet. You can add different spices if you would like. But I like to keep it simple! Bake for 30 min. or so, until the middle is no longer pink. In a skillet, toss balls with marinara sauce. Put a 3 saucy balls in each hoggie bun and cover with grated mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler to melt the cheese (only a few minutes)
