Oct. Meal Plan

If you haven’t noticed from all the pumpkin recipes over taking pinterest…FALL IS HERE! I love the fall…but then again, who doesn’t! I mean you can’t bet the crisp weather, the beautiful leaves, and delicious food. Speaking of food 🙂 Here is my Oct. meal plan! Enjoy!





I am playing around with the format a bit. You can check out June, July, Aug. and Sept.

Week 1

Chicken and rice soup with baguette

Sausage and sauerkraut on the grill

Buffalo chicken taquitos with salad

Bang bang tacos/pasta (We have this every wed. I either add the shrimp to tacos or toss in pasta)

Deluxe Grilled Cheese

Beef enchiladas

Naan with marsala with salad (I use my absolute favorite kitchen appliance
to cook naan)

Week 2

Spaghetti and meat balls with garlic bread

Homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza

Chicken and rice soup

Baked chicken with veggies

Burgers with steak fries

Chicken pot pie

 Week 3

Pizza Bread

BBQ chicken sandwiches

Deluxe Grilled Cheese


Meat ball sub sandwiches

Italian sausages with mac and cheese

 Week 4




Chicken pot pie

Chili with corn bread

Pancakes, omelets and bacon


I have had a few requests for grocery lists…all I can say is…get ready for something big (hopefully by Nov. 1 🙂 )!! Hint hint…you might want to get a 3-Ring Binder 🙂
