I love a good pizza stone! I didn’t even know they existed until I was registering for our wedding! So when was introduced to this Emile Henry grilling/baking Stone by a friend I couldn’t wait to use it!
I decided my first go around would be with my homemade pizza!
First things first…roll the dough and place on stone!
I decided that a black stone and a black counter don’t make the greatest picture, that’s the reason for the towel!
Next spread some sauce.
Add some cheese… of course!
And bake for about 10 min!
They can go from freezer to microwave to grill to oven and everywhere in between!
