Run, walk or jog!

I know, I know….cardio is hard! Believe me, running isn’t my list favorite top anything to do! But 🙂 I feel so so good when I am done! Sometimes it takes all I have to get my workout clothes on and start up the street. But I promise you this…I have never regretted going out for a run!

As part of the 60 day challenge, at least once this week treat yourself to the wonderful feeling you get after a run (or walk, or jog). Push yourself. If you are used to walking, jog. If you are used to jogging, run! You are already out, might as well make the most of it! 🙂
