Top 6 favorite oils- so far

I have been using Doterra essential oils for a few months now and I have come to really love them, some more than others, but really all of them! I thought I would compile a little list of my top 6 favorite oils. I am sure it will change and/or grow, but for now here they are.

Actually, when I started this post I had in mind to do only 5, but couldn’t decide so 6 it is!

Past Tense – The headache blend. I love this one so much! When I get a tension headache, I rub some of this on my neck and temples, and BLAM…headache gone…in MINUTES! And it smells so nice and minty!

PastTense®, dōTERRA®’s proprietary blend for tension and the discomforts associated with headaches, provides calming comfort with the strength of CPTG® essential oils of wintergreen, lavender, peppermint, frankincense, cilantro, marjoram, roman chamomile, basil, and rosemary. Packaged for convenient application in a roll-on bottle. For aromatic and topical use.

Lemon – I put a few drops in my water and it makes me feel so clean and fresh! I also clean with it and use it in my laundry soap! It’s only 4 cents a drop!

Frankincense – This is my go-to oil if I am not sure what to use. They say “when in doubt, pull the frankie out!”

Perhaps the most precious of the ancient oils, frankincense is highly sought after by modern consumers for its many uses, including relaxation, immune support, and mood enhancement. For aromatic, topical or dietary use.

Terra shield – I get bug bites so bad! I can be outside for 5 minutes and have 20 bites! I guess I am just that sweet :) Thankfully, Terrasheild protects my skin and my kids too! And it doesn’t have 10 warnings on the bottle like most bug repellant…because it’s chemical free!

On Guard – This one is great for immune support! I put it on my kids feet at night for preventive measures! If someone does happens to get sick, I put a few drops in some honey or in a drink.

Deep Blue- This little sucker is like anIcy Hot or Bio Freeze, except it’s natural! GREAT for sore muscles and joints! GREAT!!
