If you ask me to describe Dr. Batra’s Clinic in one word, I would say it is excellent. After I came to Kolkata from my native place, Jharkhand, I don’t know why, maybe due to the quality of water and air, my hair became rough and frizzy. I also noticed extreme hair fall. I saw hair strands everywhere, on the pillows, all over the floor, on my clothes. My mom-in-law told me to wear a hairnet before going to the kitchen. Otherwise, we will have hair in the food too. Seriously, my hair fall problem was bothering me a lot.

One day my sister-in-law told me to visit Dr. Batra’s clinic So, I booked an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I went to the clinic. And, I must say, it was neat and clean to perfection. I am very nitpicky about cleanliness. 

Then, I went to the doctor’s chamber, where Doctor conducted a detailed evaluation of my hair issues. He was very polite and listened to my problems patiently. He also did a physical examination and asked various questions related to my lifestyle, including the diet I follow, whether I go to an office, and if I have a pre-existing illness, etc. Then the doctor performed a computerized check-up of my hair and scalp for a better picture. After that, he prescribed me the treatment.

Starting from the doctor attending me to the other staff members, everyone at the clinic was knowledgeable and proactive in their approach. While making the payment at the billing counter, I did not have enough money in cash. So, I was wondering if they accept cards or not. The lady on the billing counter informed me that they do accept cards. What added to my surprise is they also have financing options for the convenience of the patients. Wow!

It has been six months since I am undergoing hair treatment under Dr. Batra and I can feel and see the difference. Now, I have zero hair fall. And the texture and feel of my hair have also improved from frizzy to smooth. And everyone notices the drastic changes to my hair before and after visiting Dr. Batra’s clinic.

Overall, I give full marks to the clinic regarding infrastructure, cleanliness, and billing facilities. And as far as treatment is concerned, I am extremely happy and satisfied with it. I would recommend Dr. Batra’s clinic to everyone who has any issues with his/her hair and skin, especially my friends and family.
